Letter from the Director
![]()
When I started teaching Little Church, I taught every Sunday and was inspired to do so through
prayer and a strong desire to aide in my niece's religious education experience. I had no children
of my own when I started doing the work God had intended me to do. After three years of teaching,
I was asked to serve as Director of the Little Church program. I prayed on this, as I had a
demanding full-time job as Director of Operations for an investment firm in West Los Angeles
AND our first baby on the way. Well, I still have my full-time job AND a beautiful 2 year old
daughter. In addition, I was asked to serve on the Early Childhood Advisory Board for the
Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
My passion is the work I do for the church and for God's children. God has found the ways,
means, and rest I need to accomplish all of my responsibilities to my faith, my family, and
my "day job" and continues to send the volunteers and assistance I need to keep the program
at OLPH running smooth for all your children. I wish I could commit to the Directorship
full-time; however, I cannot, so the assistance I get from the parents is so vital to the
continuance and growth of the OLPH Little Church program.
Please consider teaching or aiding for one of the Little Church classes. Please pray on how
your talents can be best utilized to serve this vital ministry and secondary steps toward the
religious education of your children (family being the first). Volunteers for our ministry have
MANY options and various commitments to choose from like:
Please pray on this and call me or email me with your thoughts on aiding our ministry.
